I had my first visit yesterday with Julie Ruggles N.P. Great visit from start to finish! Everyone was very nice and efficient. Short wait time, great care, and smiling faces! So happy to have found a great place for healthcare close to home.
Total waste of time… After sitting in their office for 40 minutes after my appointment began, I thought I was going to see the doctor but instead I saw a nurse practitioner. When I asked about an issue I’ve noticed where my eyes have yellow spots on them, not knowing if it’s a deficiency or my contacts, she did not even look and said it was probably allergies. When I asked her about getting my labs done for this reason I was told I needed to make another appointment just to get an order for the labs. When I tried to ask the ... read more
If I could give a -5 I would. This doctor is not professional and wouldn’t even order yearly labs on my son. He’s not an insurance client so it’s not like she would be denied for this. How lame and greedy. And now she or her staff post she “reviewed his chart”…. What chart?! He was a new pt which is why he needed labs just to make sure everything was normal. Total waste of his time and money. Now I have to send him to the male doctor that he was supposed to have actually seen anyways. Absolutely zero care for the pt and anyo... read more
Great service, came in with a really bad sore throat and I’m glad that I came here. Relatively low prices for people without insurance and everyone here is very nice. 10/10
I think Julie is great! She's honest and talks to me like a friend. That's why I continue to see her
