I waited about 20 minutes as a new patient with a bad sore throat (i.e., nothing urgent). I saw a very nice FPN (not an MD), who prescribed a much more expensive medication than I'm used to for that (Augmentin vs pencillin). Total bill was $140, which seems quite high for a 10 minute office visit to diagnose this. They were "convenient", I'm not sure about the "care".
