I had an appointment at 12:30 and was told there was a 40 minute wait. I had vitals taken, was sent back out to the waiting room to wait again. I have been in an exam room for almost an hour and a half waiting to see someone. I have been here many times and have always been satisfied with the service and how quick things are. But im disappointed and very upset that Ive had to ask twice on how long it will be. Im frustrated to no end already since im sick and now this. Kind, courteous, professional and caring staff.
I have always been treated kindly and professionally while at Norton KDH Urgent Care. Their concern is genuine.
Called and set up a well check for a foster child I had just taken in (this was the address for the physician on his medicaid) and when we got to the appointment AFTER I TOOK THE DAY OFF FROM WORK, I was told they didn't do well checks and they had never seen said foster child before. We got in contact with medicaid and they stated this was where he had been seen before! Extremely frustrating that I missed a day of work and still wasn't able to have this poor baby seen.
They never fail to disappoint. Just people wanting to be doctors but not willing to do a doctors job. Definitely would recommend just booking an appointment with your primary doctor instead of wasting your time here.
