I stopped by here on a sunday afternoon. My appointment that i made online was at 2pm. I did arrive about 10 minutes early. I was out by 2:30. Every one was kind and courteous. I wasnt rushed through. She took the time to listen.
I walked in 2 hours & 15 minutes before closing time and was told "we have reached the maximum number of walk-ins for today". What exactly is the point of an urgent care if you're not going to accept walk-ins?!?! I walked in at the exact same time as a lady and told her to go ahead of me. They accepted her, but turned me away. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable!
My mom was just seen here for shingles and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The receptionist, the nurse taking her vitals and Kristen the nurse diagnosing my mom were ALL extremely kind and helpful. There was a bit of a wait and Kristen was so apologetic for that. We definitely recommend!
I have in the past had good experiences here. Yest was not one of them. Took a v sick child in, had a time slot reserved, waited 1 1/2 hrs just to be seen, in total was there for 2 hrs and got no answers. The dr seemed very new and not very helpful @ all. Left feeling like a wasted 2 hrs that my child would have benefited more staying home and resting in bed.
