I'd give 0 if I could. Got here right after opening, still sitting after over an hour and a half. Others coming and going. COVID or not, we shouldn't have to wait this long to be seen. Super frustrated. I'll never come back here unless I absolutely have to.
I am very pleased with here. Took my 15 months old and they were very kind to her.
Terrible customer service. Before driving an hour to this place, my wife called to see what she needed to do to be seen (online register, give insurance info, etc). They told her she didn't need to do anything, it was walk-in so just show up. she told them she'd be coming in. Upon checking in at the front desk, the told her the earliest opening the have is 3pm. it was 11:45am. Why wouldn't they say this over the phone? unreal Now 2 hours wasted driving.
