I went there for a cut on my thumb that got infected and the entire staff ( from the front desk receptionist to the doctor) was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate that! Keep up the good work! I would rather wait for convenient care to open and go there verses going anywhere else. Those people are prime examples of awesome customer service! I appreciate all of you. I took my son to convenient care. The sign that they don’t see children under the age of 2 is not clearly posted because we did not notice it and it was also our first time visiting that particular clinic. The receptionist at the front desk that took our paperwork told us that they didn’t usually see babies under 2 but since our son was only a couple months from turning 2 they might see us anyway.
