Do not use this company... my home warranty service sent them to repair my washing machine. The repairman failed to repair my washer, causing additional damage. Also, the manager is very rude and unprofessional! Terrible Service!!!

Worst service place ever!!! After charging $700 and 6 visits over 3 months, cant get the microwave to work and then the service manager is never in nor will he return your call if you try to ask for a refund! Stay away from them and whirlpool products
the repairman brought me a part and left with the screws that hold my dishwasher door together... the part he brought had nothing to do with taking the door off!!! i want my screws back and i also would love to know which part of my NEW dishwasher he broke since he left that piece in the floor. his name was austin; i cant speak to the entire company but this guy seems to be past due for a compay review and some extra training.
Chris came by to service the ice maker on our Whirpool refrigerator. He leveled out the refrigerator and ordered the part that will hopefully resolve the issue. While on site he was very helpful in going the extra mile suggesting a fix for our GE stove that hadn't been heating accurately. Sure enough, I recalibrated the stove following the instructions on GEs website and our oven is back in business.
We are huge fans of your team’s work and appreciate everything that Kenny worked on for our refrigerator the past few weeks. Very poor service and don't seem to understand what the term customer means. Very rude to us and when we came back at them they refused to provide service they had been contracted to do a month ago. DO NOT Call them.
Even though we didn't decide to use this company, I have to give them credit for their honesty and integrity. I called because I was having a problem with two different appliances, one of which is a brand that Convenient doesn't service. They could have come out to my house and charged me for the service before telling me they don't work on that brand.
