I called yesterday and left a voicemail and Allen called back within an hour. He was able to accomodate/ schedule an appointment for the same day (within 2 hours). He showed up on time, performed his inspection and after informing me of the cost (which was reasonable) and explaining what the issues were, he made the necessary repairs quickly. I would highly recommend Convenient Appliance Repair for your needs.
Quick and easy to work with! Received a call back very quickly and Allen was out the next day to take a look at our dryer. He waa able to quickly diagnose and replace the parts and gave the dryer and exhaust a thorough cleaning. 10/10 would use them again for any washer/dryer issues.
