We are from Virginia Beach and bought a Luxe 5th wheel on consignment in TX via Andy and Convenience RV. Once we retrieved our rig we immediately took it to Andy and his crew. Andy, Hobie and Steve took excellent care of us going so far as treating us like royalty! We had a tight timeline to adhere to and they met every need in the time allotted. The owner Mr. Andy, he does an amazing job with the sales and making you feel comfortable. With your purchase he did everything before the sale. And a whole lot more after the sale to make sure I was happy with my purchase. His nephew hobby, was my salesman? I wanted a better option for warranty work on our almost brand (3 Month old) new Forest River travel Trailer, after the dealer let me down on the first warranty repair. I saw the review on Convenience RV. I was hopeful I could get great service right here in Willis. They did an amazing job replacing my A/C under warranty. If they treat me that great for warranty work, I love knowing I can take it in for other repairs or upgrades if necessary.
