Omar has great customer service! He goes above and beyond to make sure his client's needs are met. I've dealt with several other PCA service companies, but they were pretty much similar in the aspect that communication was subpar and customer service was minimal. Omar will always answer if he's available, but if not, he always responds to me in a timely manner. I will stick with him for his great customer service and I highly recommend him.
