I recently purchased an investment property in Croydon, Victoria from Convene Property. Wendy made the purchase very easy. Streamlined and timely. As with all new builds a couple of minor defects needed to be sorted. Wendy handled that seamlessly. Even after settlement Wendy quickly and promptly answered questions about small details. I can highly recommend Convene Property.
Looking for an new home we discovered the build was not only poor quality but the work onsite almost caused an accident. It seems the construction is based on profit and not end user value. Wendy has not been professional and lied to us regarding a number of aspects just to secure a sale we were lucky and never put a pen mark on contract.
