I went to Contura back in May for a consult to help with a color refresh. My two requirements were for the end result to look natural (ie like I hadn’t had a big dye job) and something low maintenance. The service at the initial appointment was fine. I was charged for a full head of highlights, toner, and shadow root and I was asked if I was happy at the end.
