I called CSE on recommendation from our propane supplier as our original installer went out of business. I had a non-emergency heat service issue on my condensing furnace and supplied the call taker with the trouble code and pertinent information. Nate, the service tech arrived on time and introduced himself in a professional manner and set to work. My electric bill was $500 a month in the winter. I had Nate come in from CSE Mills within a short time he had my problem diagnosed and fixed. He went out of his way to be helpful and explain things to me. I would recommend him with 5 stars...hands down!! He was polite, quick, and cleaned up after himself. Now I'm excited for winter to come to see my savings!!
They have serviced my furnace for years. This past summer they installed a new heat pump for me. Great experience, the crew was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing I'd like is if I were able to contact my local office in mifflintown without getting routed thru the other location. Not a big deal really cuz the receptionists are a pleasure to deal with, but you know when you place the call your going to bother one person just to get to the person you really need to talk to. This company services my apartment. They are prompt and efficient. They recently checked the heat pump and replaced filters so we are all set for the winter.
