I was a customer for 23 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had a payment late, they turned off the service and then sued me for $683.00, without even contacting me. I got a letter in the mail, from a collection attorney for what they claim is the remaining money owed on the ongoing 2 year contract (that I was not aware of, nor did they inform me of the ongoing 2 year commitment until they sued me)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been a Controllor Security customer for 3 years. I absolutely love that when you call there you get to talk to a real person! No press 1 for service, etc. The technician who installed our system was professional and thoroughly explained how to work the system. The operators are great, especially when I accidentally set off my alarm. They called immediately. I highly recommend them.
CS Security Systems is an unentical company. Look at what your singing. The contract allows them to automatically continue the term for additional years after the original term has expired. Controller Securites Systems will send your account to a collection attorney if you move and have to cancel the service. CS Security Systems is only interested in billing the maximum under the contract and uses an attorney to threaten your credit reputation. The thing I like best is that when you call, no matter what time of day, you get a LIVE person. No automated crap. The people are friendly and very professional. They are a local company that has its own central station and everyone speaks English! You can usually get service if needed within 24 hours. Great company!
Controllor Systems has been my alarm company since 1995. It was amazing how their installers were able to wire my home without seeing any wires. Their monitoring center is "Freaky Fast". My home is empty during the day and on most weekends and I am extremely confident in having Controllor watch over my property when I am not there. I have used Controllor Security for the past 7 years and always have gotten great service. I had new windows put in last year and Controllor Security sent out a professional service tech the next day. When comcast added my phone line my alarm wouldnt work anymore and the comcast tech didnt know how to fix it. Controllor Security service tech talked to the comcast tech on the phone and told him how to wire the comcast phones the correct way. I couldnt be more satisfied.
Best Alarm Company in Michigan – I like the fact that they are a local company with a central station in Michigan. Having my home monitored from a company in Texas doesn't give me a piece of mind when I leave for the day. The tech they sent out didn't leave a mess and was meticulous in every detail when in my home. I haven't experienced customer service like that in a long long time. Safe to say that I would recommend this Alarm Company to everyone I know.

Awesome custome service – My mother has had Controllor Security for two years. When you call the company you get a live person, not a recording. Their monitoring company is local so you don't have to worry that you are calling another state. The technician that came out was very helpful and informative. My mom loves them, and loves the fact that the term of her contract was written in plain English right on the front of it. I would recommend this company to everyone.
