Used to great when it was controlled storage solutions. The new owners take your money. Literally moved out a unit on the 4th and was told no refund or prorate for the rest of the month. That's bad business and greed. Stay away. They've recent door lock issues and rodent issues as well. There one absolute about absolute self storage , I'll absolutely be taking my business elsewhere

I am really concerned. We have our storage there and all the doors are locked and we can't access it. The phone number is disconnected and the email bounces back. We can't get any info about how to access our stuff! The phone number on the door doesn't even go to them, it goes to Uhaul HR department. This feels very untrustworthy.

Amazing customer service!! Was having issues accessing our unit after hours and Zach noticed during his off hours at home and called me to assist when he didn’t have to. That right there just earned all my business for storage needs!
