Leon came down to service our sprinkler heads. He was very friendly, helpful, explained how the system works thoroughly. I would surely use them ( and Leon) again.
Very poor customer service interaction. Attempted to schedule an appointment to have them come out for maintenance, when I said I would be reaching out to similar companies, the customer service rep hung up on me.
Chris did an excellent job discovering all my leaks and bad sprinkler heads. He seemed very honest, knowledgable and professional.
