Have used CI for almost 20 years with excellent service - this year = horrible or worst ever. Tech came out complaining he was there, then started to loud talk me, wan not listening simply saying “you need a new home pump and I’m not staying here for two hours”. I was trying to explain that I had heads leaking when system was off but he ignored me and kept talking over me. He then jumps in his truck and leaves. This company has serviced my sprinkler system for a few years now. I'm no longer stressed when my system is in need of repair. Chad & his crew have consistently repaired my system to function flawlessly. Customer service is extended when making an appt with Darlene. She provides an approximate time as to when the service crew will arrive. Chad & his crew explain what repairs are needed; they advise if parts are needed along with any needed recommendations. I'd recommend this company for sprinkler system repairs any time.
