Traveling westbound on I4 at 5:45am Mar 13 2026, I witnessed extremely reckless driving from a vehicle clearly marked for F.E. Moran Fire Protection (Florida tag# 07EZNC) on I4 coming through Maitland/Winter Park. The driver was aggressively tailgating multiple vehicles, weaving through traffic at high speed, and repeatedly using high beams in a way that impaired other drivers’ visibility.
