Can’t say enough good things about these guys - had an issue with a furnace that wasn’t turning on. I called Hometown at around 8:45, and there was a technician here around twenty minutes later. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained what it was, and had the furnace back on within fifteen minutes. Extremely reasonable pricing. Thank you to Jim and everyone at Hometown for providing reliable, quick, and quality service.
Our heater was making a loud noise and then it stopped turning on. I called Hometown Heating and Cooling on Monday and Scott arrived Tuesday morning. He diagnosed the issue, easily explained why it happened, called for the part, went out and picked up the part, came back and fixed the issue. This was all within a 1 hour time span. He didn’t charge multiple and excessive fees, or try to upsell or convince me that I needed an entire new furnace plus central AC (like a local larger company had done a few days prior).
