Jim, Scott and team are extremely professional! To the knowledge of all systems as well as top notch communication before-during and after all services. This team has been at my house for a few issues, and will be back when needed again!
I had shopped around and no one would just answer some basic questions. When called and spoke with James from Hometown he was helpful and answered almost all of my questions( some stuff he would have to come to my house to see and look at to be able to give me a reliable answer) and was more then happy to help. Can’t say enough good things about these guys - had an issue with a furnace that wasn’t turning on. I called Hometown at around 8:45, and there was a technician here around twenty minutes later. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained what it was, and had the furnace back on within fifteen minutes. Extremely reasonable pricing.
