Whole house, air conditioning and heating installed 4 years ago. Great experience to work with this company. Recently had heater, serviced and arranging air duct cleaning. Reliable and personable technician.
Controlled Elements repaired our floor furnace when most of the companies we contacted couldn’t do it. They knew exactly what the problem was, had parts on hand and did a fantastic job at a good price. Very professional and I recommend them highly!

Our furnace was not working properly with our Nest thermostat and we tried 3 different HVAC heating and air companies before we were recommended to try Controlled Elements. Each of those different HVAC companies had no idea how to get our furnace to work properly with our thermostat and even made things worse.
