I had an old gas furnace that needed some repairs, and chose to upgrade to an electric heat pump system.i got several bids. Controlled elements was well priced and came highly recommended from a neighbor. I selected them for the job, and am very pleased with the outcome. From the appt. setting process (was it easy and smooth?) to the appt. itself (did they call to confirm and were they on time?)
