I had been disputing a double-billing with christ hospital for almost a year. Christ hospital sent it to collections, and i had given up trying to provide evidence to these people of the fully paid bill, because providing proof did not stop the rude calls and mail. Today, now that i go to a UC health physician instead, they send me a collection notice again, for the same amount, but this time listing it as a UC health debt.
