Worked here at the San Diego site for over 4 years. Look at Eric Westgate review as he is 100% correct. MORGAN FISHER may be a mother of two, but she is a horrible operation manager. She started a new job, local of San Diego, yet fires men who worked for years without even a write-up. I even was awarded 3 times for "power of one". That is this companies award for good employees. Beware, worked here at the San Diego office for 8+ years then they hired a new supervisor Morgan Fisher, that hired her own people and started getting rid of people she didn't like. For instance, never, ever been in trouble with this company in my time, then all of a sudden I am written up for questioning why they took my 4 hour shift for a one hour compensation meeting and I asked why I was singled out for this, (and yes i was the only one they did this to), with an HR response of, "we can do what we want with your hours, t... read more
I work for the company. It's nationwide. The overall rules and standards are good but some people don't believe in following them. One of my supervisors is wonderful but the Manger right above him is not very good
