When I first called for the problems I was having with my HVAC, they tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone. Unfortunately what we did didn’t help. They were able to get someone out to the house that fit my time schedule. The tech that came was polite and explained to me what the problem was with my unit. The day of the install they were very efficient with getting the unit installed. They helped with registering my unit with the manufacturer. Controlled Comfort did a great job installing my new furnace and AC unit. They were professional, reasonably priced, they arrived on time, and left my home neat after the install.

We recently purchased our house. We needed a complete new all electric HVAC system. We had 3 quotes for our HVAC system. Controlled Comfort quoted us on a high energy efficient system that would give us a substantial savings on our electric bill. They also got us rebates that helped with the cost of the system. Something no other company had showed us. They were very professional with there installation. We thanks them again for making this process seamless. We Highly Recommend this company.

My husband and I purchased a new construction home four years ago, and Controlled Comfort installed the HVAC system. In hindsight, we should've used them for service all along. Over the years, we had several different companies come out for maintenance - each pushing urgent, unnecessary fixes. One even recommended a full AC replacement with higher tonnage. I had my furnace check and serviced. Ivan, tech was great. He explained any possible issues he found, provided honest feedback as how to address them. He did well to educate me on the system and what he did. Gave me peace of mind. Most importantly, he did not once make me feel like he was trying to upsell me! Makes me feel good like I was having a friend check something out rather than a company telling me how to spend more money.
