Our AC unit is less than five years old and suddenly stopped blowing cold air. A five star company came out and diagnosed it as a failed compressor $2300 for labor and Freon alone. RaNee with Controlled Comfort came and realized it was actually the capacitor. $337 Parts and Labor! The estimate included photos of the old and new part as well as various points of service. RaNee was punctual, friendly, low pressure, and knows his stuff!
Service technician was extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Great job to say the least!
A Company Doesn't Really Shine until Something Goes Wrong! Controlled Comfort replaced a split AC unit for our house this last July when the temperatures soared above 113 degrees. Sometimes things don't go smoothly on an AC job.
