Controlled Comfort is by far the best in the area. I've always been beyond satisfied and they exceed my expectations every time they come to my home.
I use Controlled Comfort mainly for maintenance work but when the day comes that I need a new furnace or a/c I'll most definitely call them.
I really appreciate the fact that over the last 7 years of using Controlled Comfort they have always been on time and professional. From setting up an appointment to the work that is done they go above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect. I have been completely satisfied with all of the work they've done for me which is why I keep coming back.
Everything that Controlled Comfort has done for me over the years has been great. I trust them 100% and I know that whenever I need something I can call and they'll be here right away.
Knowing that I can depend on Controlled Comfort really gives me some peace of mind. The techs are so friendly and I really do enjoy their visits. They get the job done and always leave my house nice and neat. They take pride in what they do and that is the big difference.
I would not recommend this company. I purchased a maintenance agreement with them for 2022. No issue with furnace, but completely dissatisfied with the way they handled an attempted AC repair. Regular maintenance was performed on 6/13. I never received any invoice/documentation for said service (or subsequent visits). I noticed on 7/14 the humidity in my home had increased drastically and also observed cool air was not coming from vents and thermostat was not holding scheduled temperature. I am sorry to hear about the service you received, after speaking with the initial service tech he explained to me that when he diagnosed the problem he found that the 40/5 mfd capacitor was only reading 11/5mfd which would not let the compressor start and caused it to overheat and trip the internal overload, he cooled down the compressor to reset the overload and replaced the capacitor and got the unit up and running, checked the the superheat and subcooling, all was ok at that time and never heard the noise you described. ... read more
The staff here is awesome. From the people in the office to the ones that actually come out to my home they're all a great representation of the company. I've sent many referrals there way and I plan to continue that.
I've been a customer of Controlled Comfort for over 5 years and I have never been less than satisfied. They know how to keep their customers happy and that is what matters to me!
Its been about 3 years since I started working with Controlled Comfort when I needed something fixed with my heat pump. I like everything they've done which is why I continue to use them.
