They discuss options for repair and also have a yearly check program for heating and air conditioning. Very courteous and helpful and repairs guaranteed. Ray and Eric were awesome!
very professional and knowledgeable. The are very reasonable. Ray came to service my furnace when I ask him if by chance he had a compression nut that I lost when hooking up my dishwasher. Ray just help out and got the nut I lost inside the cabinet. He was just being very helpful and I was able to hook up the dishwasher again. He did not have to do any of this. Thank you Ray for the little bit of extra service.
I just had our air ducts replaced for our entire house by Controlled Climates and my experience with this company was very positive. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do HVAC service, maintenance, installation and repair. I have already recommended them to other family and friends.
