At this moment, I'm sharing five stars for Serena, the Customer Service assistant who answered my initial phone call. I have not used this company yet, but Serena set up an appointment for a representative to come to our house In a few days and give us a quote on a whole new system. As I wrote, this is for Serena. First Visit (AC Maintenance): On time. The technician (Fermin) was very professional, friendly and respectful in his demeanor. He explained the entire process of the AC Maintenance Service being performed in detail. He even encouraged me to stay and watch the process I guess in the name of transparency. I appreciated that, plus he took multiple photos of all the items he checked using his electronic testing equipment while I left the area temporarily and then he patiently explained what the test readings meant.
