below zero If i could rate this company it would be a negative rating. They put an unprofessional installer to install a new furnace and duct work. They ruined my hard wood floors for the duct work, which they put in crooked. the gratings do not fit, and the duct work is pinched so airflow is at a minimum. Do yourself a favor, look for some other company.
Excellent Sales & Service I had my furnace replaced by Controlled Climate Systems and the service was excellent. Controlled Climate I contacted Controlled Climate Sys when I noticed an unusual smell in my house that was coming from my old furnace. There was a service man there within hours of the call and this was two weeks before Christmas. I got an in-depth explanation of the problem and what parts were needed to fix the problem, the cost and when it could be fixed.
