Helpful as I was troubleshooting my home furnace
Very dishonest. Tried to make us pay almost ten grand to replace our ac unit so we had a second opinion and they fixed for a few hundred so they tried to rip us off and got mad we didnt use them and tried to make us pay a service call out of spite
The one good thing I can say is they were able to come out same day to look at our unit. However, they did not seem to be very forthcoming with what the actual issue was. They told us after getting our coil thawed out that the unit needed to be recharged because it was low. They failed to mention the reason the unit would need to be recharged is because there is a leak somewhere in the unit and simply recharging it would not fix this issue (we would simply have to continue to recharge the unit due to the leak).
