I called Tim L to ask some questions about adding a humidifier to our furnace because of very dry conditions in our home. He walked me though the system options and I was on the calendar the next day! Mark Ford tech showed up right on time and even called when he was on his way. Mark was great explaining again how the system worked and what maintenance needed to be done. We also have a black lab pup that is very interested in everything going on. We have worked with Tim Lockler for over 20 years now. He just replaced our furnace and air conditioner. Our furnace was nearly 25 years old. Same with the A/C. On the coldest day so far in 2022, the had the heat back on and the new furnace running in 3 1/2 hours. We got the new high efficiency system at a fair price,. Quality fast thorough installation from friendly professionals. And the good feeling that not only can we trust the new system, but we can trust Tim and his crews to stand behind their products and services.

He was professional. Diagnosed the problem within 20-25 minutes and had supplies with and had it fixed before he left. Couldn’t ask for more.
