My best decision ever – I got three estimates to replace my furnace and air conditioner. The estimates were all over the board, Control Tech Heating ans Air Conditioning estimate was the highest (not by a lot) but the Design Technician was vey throughl, took the time to perform a load calculation on my home to get me exactly what I and my home needed. On time & fairly priced There are a lot of flakes in the HVAC business but Control Tech in Zionsville is not one of those kind of companies. Right from the top, owner Alan Winters is as good a business owner you could wish for. Their work is done quickly, on time, and very fairly priced. I have a highly recommended maintenance plan with Control Tech and my yearly cost to keep my aging heat pump running perfectly is under $150 which I think is pretty amazing.
Not closed and very open for business! – I saw that citysearch marked this buisness closed. This is totally wrong! This is a great Indianapolis area heating and cooling company. They were recommended by a friend and I have never for a minute missed the last company that serviced my heating and cooling system. Control Tech is always on time, polite, neat and tidy, and very fairly priced.
