Tropical Storm Helene caused our power to be out for 6 days. When it came back on, our Control Systems security system wouldn't communicate with the cell tower. I called Control Systems and Mike answered immediately...no going into voicemail! Scott (the owner) and Mike were able to resolve the problem through a "system reboot". Mike stayed on the phone with me through the whole process and made sure my system was up and working normally. I couldn't ask for better technical support than I received from Control systems.
My car Broke down in front of this place and they Demanded I move it ASAP!! I had to wait until the Tow truck came and hauled it away. They asked me several times to have it moved. My car was Not in anyone's way and no one was coming or going. WHAT A SHAME

I have been dealing with Control Systems Inc. for over 15 years with multiple accounts and not once had a problem with service or customer service. Scott and his team are extremely knowledgeable.
