Have an HVAC emergency service request on a unit they installed 3 months ago... Send you to a voice mail box that is full, won't allow you to leave a message, and hangs up on you. Absolutely unacceptable level of post install services
After three years of working with Control Specialties for various issues, including a heat pump replacement, we have had ups and downs, but they corrected the problems, made themselves better, ensured my satisfaction, and made me feel like I was more than just another job. I'll call them again if I have HVAC issues.
What can I say, Control Specialties of Asheville knocked it outta the park for us. Our system was on it's last leg. From the first call to the punch list, they came through 100%! Came home and my heat was not working. Called Control Specialists and they walked me through a few home fixes to rule out problems. after a short time we realized it was not something I could take care of. They came and took care of the problem. The staff are an A+ and the service was timely and affordable. thanks for your help
