I had an 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. window. Jim showed up at 8:20. He came in and gave me a quote on replacing a kitchen faucet and then a separate quote on replacing an outside faucet. I agreed to have both those jobs done and was surprised when he said he could do all the work today. While working in the basement to fix the outside faucet he noticed a copper pipe that was leaking and quoted a reasonable price to replace that piece. He was done with all the work at 11: 30. Nate Fitts is a very polite and knowledgeable man. He carries himself very well. He diagnosed the problem I was having and gave me several options to fix the issue. He told me I could wait or he had all the stuff to fix the issue today. One thing I admire about Nate is he NEVER tried to pressure me to do anything. Dylan come out to quote a hybrid heat pump water heater and a heat pump boiler. He was very professional and carefully measured the entire house to ensure the boiler and water heater would be proper size and a good fit. He also researched Mass Save rebates and included some discounts on the equipment. I look forward to working with Dylan in the future.
