Jim did an excellent job on our water heater. He arrived right on time, explained what he was doing as he went along, He was very efficient and tested everything when he finished. And he move things back in place after the work was done. I am grateful to him and to Control Point for taking care of my water heater problem so well. Sadie in the front office was also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.
