UPDATE: Found out from the staffing company that Control Laser (Fred) did a background check on me without my consent and found a small blemish on my record, BEFORE joining the Army, and denied me employment AFTER Fred offered the position to me. Not a veteran friendly (hiring) place. Will offer a job but rescind offer for no reason after offering job.
