My child hated this pediatrician so much that we no longer see them. Their bedside manner was atrocious. They shouldn't be dealing with kids. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on.
