My daughter adores Dr. Bengochea. She has been his patient since she was 5 months old and is now going on 20 and still want to see him only. He has been there for all of my kids through many a crisis from broken arms to weird bacterial issue and worst a Leukeimia scare and thanks to him and his wife we have endured all.

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? No, he/she did not appear to care very much Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Not at all, its out in the boondocks Was this provider's office too loud? Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

If you want to be disrespected and humiliated in front of staff and other parents, then this is the pediatrician for you. Dr. Reina should not be a pediatrician with her "I've seen too many patients today and I'm grouchy" attitude. She treats the parents like they are beneath her and since she has had a long stressful day with sick children, it gives her the right to take it out on others. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
