Worse company ever, Ruby always hide and never work there, managers are at lunch at 10 am and never respond. They ignore emails and don't take responsibility for their mistakes. Receptionist never knows anything, legal actions need to go through with them for them to respond.

Would give a zero star rating if it were possible. Our new build townhouse started falling apart three and a half years after it was built, massive internal and external cracks in walls, sinking slab, non compliant fire walls in the ceiling cavity apparently, and since raising our concerns with the QBCC over 12 months ago we have had absolutely no contact from Contrast Constructions at all. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I live in a townhouse complex built by contrast, we have severe cracking, foundation cracking apart and sinking, lifting and cracking tiles, party walls moving and sinking, our entire unit is separating from the adjoining unit. We have requested inspections and rectification numerous times with no resolution, and only to be lied about in reference to an engineer visiting and planning rectifications.
