I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received or rather, didn’t receive, during my visit to your store on 10/13/25. When I walked in, several employees were at the entrance, yet not a single one acknowledged me. No greeting, no “hello,” no “can I help you?” Nothing. They all looked my way, turned their heads, and simply continued with whatever they were doing. It was clear I was completely ignored as a potential customer. I would not recommend this place. Had my tools stolen from my truck in the parking lot. Was in and out in 30 minutes and all my power tools where stolen. Would recommend going somewhere else.
We were able to find all the windows and other materials we needed for our home. Josiah and Allen were very helpful and friendly.
