We were able to find all the windows and other materials we needed for our home. Josiah and Allen were very helpful and friendly.
I went looking for a metal screen door.....found what I was looking for but it was out of stock. The store manager Seepa Tuuao (Gardena store) told me that she'll inform me when they get their next shipment.....probably at the end of the month. I also needed paint and supplies. She was very helpful in assisting me with questions I had regarding paint colors - mate vs semi gloss finishes. I'm big on customer service and that's what I got there. I’ve been shopping in all the H&D stores since it was contractors warehouse, around 28 years back, I just got a little disappointed about this situation that my brother made a return of some materials and they haven’t make the return on his account, its almost 2 months and it’s still not back in his account. Please guys;check after your returns . We’ve been trusting our stores returns but now on no more trusting.
