I came to this Carson location to purchase flooring for one of my apartments, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. There were no signs or barriers indicating the aisle was closed, and no employee offered to help or assist with my flooring purchase. Instead, while I was looking at the flooring, the employees seemed more concerned with moving product using a forklift than helping a paying customer.
