I picked out the carpet for my basement and was told a date and time for install and they never showed up or called. Very disappointed in the lack of communication at the professionalism.
I cannot thank this company enough. The owner is absolutely wonderful to work with, and all the installers were professional and trustworthy. They installed all my tile in our guest bathroom suite, repaired our master shower tile, and tackled a nightmare of a previous floor job that was installed (removed existing flooring, re-leveled our whole basement, then re-installed/installed flooring). I will not trust anyone else to ever complete any other flooring or tile work for us. Simply amazing.
