Terrible customer service. I called for a price quote and the person on the phone spared no time to attempt to help me. She stated that they are so busy and are accepting installation quotes for housing developments. When asked to quote materials only for a product Shaw carries, she said she couldn't find it and can't help us with a quote. Clearly they have made enough money this year and are satisfied with That! I will never recommend or call back! Horrible customer service!
