Be careful of this guy, he came into my business with a rotten trailer. We had a loader with eight teeth try to unload his brush for 15 minutes. He then through a fit about not getting g all the logs off and destroying his trailer. There was one spot with a black rotten board that had another piece of wood fall off. Definitely out to take advantage and try to get anything he can for free. Would stay far away from this guy.
