I had a wonderful doctor, Dr. Cohen who just retired. Since Dr.Cohen is gone, this office is not even worth calling. DO NOT waste your time. I don't know how the secretary even still has a job there, she is beyond rude and unprofessional.
I started with this practice back in 2022, I was immediately set up with a therapist and a psychiatrist within the week. I thought that was pretty impressive considering how difficult it can be to find a doctor these days. Now I know why that was. I was almost immediately prescribed a controlled substance for ADHD and was not informed of the state regulations for the medication. I had a wonderful doctor, Dr. Cohen who just retired. He said to give his office some time to gather themselves due to his retirement. I wait months to give them some time and finally I call today to get set up with a new doctor in their office which wouldn't be till 5 months from now, (but also told me I might as well look elsewhere, like that process is so easy right?) but they can't even offer a script to help until I can get an appointment, even though I have been a patient of this office for four years. I’ve had Dr. Dean for about 5 years now and I appreciate him a lot and I don’t regret having him as my therapist. I refuse to go to anyone else! I would definitely recommend Dr. Dean!!!
