I took two vacuums and he repaired one for free and he ordered a part for the other one. The owner is personable and kind. Told me he wanted to be able to sleep at night. So no charge on clog that took all of 5 minutes to fix.. I had some personal issues and went back to the shop to pick up $20 repaired vacumn cleaner 3 months later and he sold IT!!! Dont use!!!
Wonderful customer service! The owner is honest and quick and through. Only took 4 days to repair my vacuum and it’s back to like new! Highly recommend!
Don’t go buy another vacuum! Let them fix it for you for half of the price of a new vacuum. Great customer service!
We unknowingly sucked up a squeaky toy in our vacuum. I couldn’t figure it out myself so I took my vacuum in to Kelly. I can’t say enough good things about him and his business! It’s so nice to deal with an honest business owner. He fished out the squeaky and didn’t charge me either. I tipped him and bragged about how nice it was to deal with an honest person. Those seem to be few and far between these days.
