Cristi is wonderful! I spent about 3 1/2 hours over 3 separate visits there and she was patient and informative and found exactly what I was looking for based on my preferences. Even when I changed my mind multiple times she was absolutely delightful and helpful.
If you are remodeling, you need to start at CFM. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Kristen was wonderful to work with. She guided me through my decisions and made the process of choosing flooring, tile and grout so much easier. I appreciate all of the time she spent with me, educating me, and helping me. It is overwhelming to make such decisions, but with Kristen's help, it went very smoothly. Thank you!
CFM Tualatin has an enormous amount of samples for quartz and tile. We were in several different times while attempting to search for quartz and tiles for our kitchen face lift. Cristi Baker was outstanding in giving customer care. She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, attentive, and extremely helpful! CFM is an awesome supplier to work with. Extensive knowledge and showroom of products with extremely helpful staff! As a general contractor I always send my clients here to pick out different materials because I know they will be treated right. Special thanks to Kristen!
