We are a home builder. Kristen is great! Super sweet, super knowledgeable, and great in helping us picking selections.
Lauren Hughes was extremely kind and helpful today, top costumer service! Highly recommend CFM!!
I was able to get my selections for flooring, and countertop material for 2 projects in a very timley manner. Cristi Baker's knowledge of the showroom selections got me on track for my material selections. I highly recommend using the Tualatin CFM location for your next home project.
I recently switch from a local competitor to CFM. I wish I had made the switch 10 years ago. The customer service I receive from Lauren is next level. In the last 2 months she has help me with my personal home project, plus 6 other clients. She has been essential in picking out materials, getting samples, & following up on material delivery. I often roll in fast and scrambled and say... "here you go...pick out for this room/house.... And she nails it! Each email and inquiry is promptly returned, usually in less than an hour.... read more
I worked with Lauren and she has been wonderful helping me explore options for our kitchen and bath remodel. She is a great resource to help you navigate the maze of selecting of materials.
