Wanted a carpet project done ASAP and since they’re close to my house I went there in person, told them exactly what I wanted, left name & phone but no contact. Called the next week and left name & phone again and still nothing. I wanted to use someone local but big box stores seem to be your best bet around the Chattanooga area. I’ve been through similar experiences with cabinets, granite, hot water heaters, etc. Very frustrating.
