A very irresponsible company. Today my Explorer was damaged by your truck. The chrome panel on the left headlight came off your truck and damaged my Explorer. The driver simply ran away from me! And the manager said it wasn't her problem. You guys are just super irresponsible. I hope the transport inspection will explain to you that you are responsible for your trucks.
Remind your drivers to clear the snow from the roof. Had a driver on the QEW driving with a foot of snow on top of their trailer infront of me.
Rude customer service especially by Amanda B. She seems to need sensitivity training and a lesson in custmer service. Time to smarten up.
