Rude bullies! Where is your customer service. Empathize with people. Adjusters need to go through de-escalation training. I know two who have not championed for my well being, but rather exacerbated my condition with their unapologetic attitude. So glad I no longer have to deal with this place.
I've used CCSI for more than 25 years. Service and responsiveness has significantly declined over the years. Now, the only way I can obtain a response is through my attorney. That seems like a poor way to run a business - costs are passed on to my insurer.
