Walked in and there was another couple behind my husband and I. The guy sitting right at the front desk totally ignored us and asked the couple behind us if there was anything he can help them with. Really? Because we were Asian and the couple behind us was Caucasian so he didn’t bother to ask if we needed help (which we did) even though we walked in first. The customer service was excellent!! Everything from sales to the installation. Alex was a huge help to us with choosing the carpeting that would work best for us. And Johnny was a fantastic installer!!
Carpet City was very helpful in picking out my flooring. They were friendly and showed me many options to choose from. Communication with Bobbi Jo was prompt and she was able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Carpet City!
YES, without a doubt, Never no problems, been buying carpet and floor tiles for kitchen and bath with BOB THE MANAGER, never had any reason to go to any other place.
We have worked with Bob the manager there now on several occasions. He is always super helpful and fair. We would recommend to anyone looking for carpet, tile or flooring.
