Very poor customer service. I called to ask a general question about carpet repair/replacement and Lauren answered the phone and hung up on me immediately. My partner also tried calling after me and she declined the call after two attempts to get in contact. If Lauren is a direct reflection of this company, I highly recommend to avoid using their services in the future.
