Use this company in Murrieta last year and it was good. Now under a new management we had a bad experience and terrible customer service. After a month we still waiting for follow up to correct an issue. I will never use Carpet One in this location again!
This place is undescrible run don't walk and use another reputable place .The owner is impossible to deal with ! The response to my comment is not true !!Carpet one issac knows me quite well .My flooring was not the floor I picked and the floor came up and issac chose to do nothing!
